What appliedwill.com collects, why, how long we keep it, and how to have it deleted.

Who we are
Buena AI, Inc.
appliedwill.com is run by Buena AI, Inc. (Applied Will is a DBA), which is responsible for the personal data described here. Write to [email protected] about anything on this page.

What we collect
What you send us, and how the site is used.
- Expert waitlist (/experts)
- Your name, email, country, languages, domains, LinkedIn profile if you add it, and whether you have a Solana wallet. We use it only to contact you about expert work. It reaches us by email or, where the form sends it directly, is stored in a database we run on Cloudflare.
- Requests (/contact)
- Your first and last name, work email, company, job title if you add it, what you're interested in and what you tell us about your project. They reach us by email, and we use them to reply.
- Booking a call
- When you click "Book a call" or "Book a 30-minute call", Cal.com's calendar opens in the page or on cal.com. Cal.com handles the booking (your name, email, the time and any notes you add) and sets its own cookies to do it, under its privacy policy. Nothing from Cal.com loads before you click.
- Analytics
- Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views, where visits come from, and what kind of device and browser they use, for every visitor. Cloudflare says it sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and doesn't fingerprint visitors. Outside the EU, the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Google Analytics also runs: it sets cookies to tell visits apart, with Google signals and ad features turned off. It doesn't run if your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, or if you turn it off below. We use both to see how the site is used.
- Session recordings
- OpenReplay, which we host ourselves, records page views, clicks and scrolls so we can find and fix problems. It leaves out form fields, and email addresses and numbers on the page. It doesn't run if your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.
- Server logs
- Cloudflare and our hosting provider, Hetzner, see IP addresses and request details to deliver and protect the site.
How long we keep it
No longer than we need it.
- Waitlist entries
- Until you ask us to delete them, and no longer than 24 months after you join or last update your entry, unless you are doing expert work with us by then.
- Requests and bookings
- As long as we need to reply, hold the call and follow up, and no longer than 24 months after our last exchange, unless you become a client.
- Analytics
- Cloudflare keeps page-view counts as aggregated statistics. Google Analytics keeps its data for up to 14 months.
- Session recordings and logs
- Only as long as we need them to run, fix and protect the site.
Deletion and your rights
Ask, and we delete it.
Email [email protected] from the address you used and ask us to delete your waitlist entry or request. We delete it, including the emails it came in, within 30 days, and confirm by email. If you write from another address, we may ask you to show the entry is yours.
You can also ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or object to how we use it. If you're in the EU, the EEA or the UK, you can complain to your data protection authority.
To turn off Google Analytics in this browser:
If you're in California: we don't sell or share your personal information, and we treat your browser's Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out.
We handle what you send through a form because you ask us to: to answer your request, or to offer you expert work. Analytics and session recordings rest on our interest in understanding and fixing the site.
Who sees it
Us, and the services above.
Only Buena AI, Inc. and the services named on this page, which process data for us: Cloudflare, Cal.com, Hetzner, and Google (analytics outside Europe, and our email). Cloudflare, Cal.com and Google may process data outside the EU. We don't sell your data.
If anything here changes, we update this page and its date.
